Park regulations De Kleine Wolf

These park regulations apply to every visit to our campsite and every concluded agreement.

The following regulations contain the guidelines that apply to your reservation and stay at Camping De Kleine Wolf. These rules have been drawn up to make your holiday and that of other guests as pleasant as possible.

1. Reservations

1.1 Reservations can be made via www.kleinewolf.nl/en or by contacting our reception. A reservation is final after written confirmation (by e-mail), sent within 5 working days.

1.2 Groups consisting exclusively of young people under 21 years of age are not welcome.

1.3 In case of preferences for specific places or accommodation, we will try to accommodate as much as possible. If this is not possible, an alternative place will be offered and any preferential fees will be refunded.

1.4 The images on our website and other channels are as accurate as possible, however, no rights can be derived from them.

1.5 Camping De Kleine Wolf reserves the right to refuse reservations or to impose additional conditions without giving reasons.

2. RECRON Terms and Conditions

The RECRON terms and conditions shall apply to all agreements, these can be found here.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment terms:

Deposit (50%): within 7 days of booking.

Remaining payment (50%): at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.

3.2 For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment is due in one payment term on the day of reservation.

3.3 For reservations made for the next calendar year, adjusted payment terms apply. 

4. Cancellation fund

4.1 Participation in the cancellation fund is 5% of the rental amount and can be booked up to 48 hours after booking.

4.2 Cancellations are covered by the fund, details of which can be found at www.kleinewolf.nl/en.

5. Cancellations

5.1 In case of cancellation or early termination of your stay, you must inform the reception in means of a written notice.

5.2 Without cancellation fund, the RECRON conditions apply.

5.3 If you do not appear on the commencement date without notice, 100% of the total amount is due.

6. Accommodations

6.1 Additional camping equipment such as side tents and party tents are not permitted at accommodations.

6.2 Smoking is not permitted in our accommodations.

6.3 Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.

6.4 Placing flags (masts) at accommodations is not allowed.

7. Pitches

7.1 Motorhomes longer than 9 metres or heavier than 8 tonnes are not allowed. At certain locations, we can make an exception to this only after telephone consultation.

7.2 Keep camping equipment within the boundaries of the rented pitch. The pitch is between designated signs or natural boundaries.

7.3 A maximum of two dogs per pitch are allowed on a select part of our park. Dogs must be leashed at all times. 

7.4 Digging trenches or holes is prohibited.

7.5 Discharging waste water onto the ground or into the vegetation is not permitted.

7.6 A maximum of one party tent per pitch with a maximum size of 4x4 metres is allowed, provided it does not cause any nuisance to other campers and is placed on the pitch.

7.7 A maximum of two side tents per pitch are allowed.

7.8 A perforated rubber mat can be used under your awning. Grass choking materials are not allowed under your awning.

7.9 Ensure that electricity cords, CAI cables and drain hoses are neatly routed to the electricity connection point so that they do not interfere with grass cutting. Ensure reels are fully uncoiled to avoid fire hazard.

7.10 Trailers on the pitch are only permitted as camping equipment, such as tent trailers (except a dog trailer). Refrigerated trailers are not permitted on the pitch.

7.11 It is not permitted to hang a flag (flagpole) outside your camping unit.

8. Traffic and gates

8.1 A maximum of one car per camping pitch is allowed (except for car-free camping pitches). Private parking spaces are provided on the site for the car-free pitches. Additional cars or cars that do not fit on the camping pitch should be parked in car park P2 on the opposite side of the road.

8.2 The gates operate on license plate recognition and are operational between 07:30 and 22:30.

8.3 No vehicular traffic is allowed on the park between 22:30 and 07:30 except in case of emergency.

8.4 The speed limit on the entire site is 5 km/h. Pedestrians and cyclists have the right of way.

8.5 Driving electric scooters, segways and hoverboards including seats is not permitted.

8.6 Electric vehicles may only be charged at the designated charging points.

9. Dogs

9.1 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on a select part of our park. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

9.2 Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our accommodation and facilities. 

10. Access control and facial recognition

For accommodation guests, Camping De Kleine Wolf offers facial recognition as access control for the swimming pool and indoor playground. The use of facial recognition is voluntary. Do you not want to use this? Please report this to the reception desk. You can withdraw your consent at any time.  

11. Day visitors and lodgers

11.1 Day visitors have access to the site from 09:00 to 22:30. A ticket must be purchased at reception for this purpose.

11.2 Lodgers must be registered by the main booker at the reception, paying the applicable rate.

11.3 As the main booker, you are responsible for the behaviour of your day visitors or lodgers. If the rules are broken, both the day visitor/guest and yourself may be denied access to the premises immediately.

11.4 In case of large crowds, the number of day visitors may be limited.

11.5 Staying overnight with more than 6 persons and with several families on one pitch is not allowed. When renting accommodation, the maximum number of persons allowed, as indicated for that accommodation, may not be exceeded due to safety regulations.

12. Image and sound recordings

12.1 With due care, Camping De Kleine Wolf can have image and/or sound recordings made of its park and of the guests who visit the park for promotional purposes. Camping De Kleine Wolf is entitled to use and publish these recordings, for example for promotional purposes. For this, Camping De Kleine Wolf does not owe any compensation to the guests depicted. If you do not wish to be photographed, please avoid the photographer and/or filmer.

12.2 Camera surveillance is active on the site to ensure the safety of visitors, employees and property. Cameras are strategically placed and comply with privacy legislation. Images are kept confidential, viewed only by authorised staff, and automatically deleted after a short period of time unless necessary for investigation.

12.3 Shooting by guests for commercial purposes is allowed only with written permission.

12.4 Drones are not allowed except by the park itself for promotion.

13. (Night)rest, Order and Safety

13.1 Camping De Kleine Wolf reserves the right to deny access to the park without any compensation to guests who disturb or threaten to disturb the (night)peace, order or safety.

13.2 Radios, music installations and instruments, as well as microphones, may be used during the day and at night (until 23.00 hours) only in the camping means or rental accommodation and in such a way that they do not spread annoying noise outside. Nuisance to other guests, including nuisance caused by pets, is never permitted.

13.3 Between midnight and 7 a.m., there is absolute peace and quiet on the site. During these hours, it is forbidden to disturb the peace, for example by loud voices, music or noise.

13.4 Please ensure that you do not cause any nuisance when leaving catering establishments or (neighbouring) visitors between these hours. Violations will be dealt with severely and may result in removal from the park.

13.5 Camping De Kleine Wolf can close parts of the park without being obliged to compensate visitors.

13.6 The sanitary buildings are cleaned and disinfected regularly, which may cause waiting times. Children under 6 years of age may only enter these buildings when accompanied by an adult.

13.7 It is forbidden to deviate from the marked paths or climb over walls and fences.

13.8 Self-brought food and drinks are not allowed in our catering facilities.

13.9 Lost property must be handed in at the reception or to an employee of Camping De Kleine Wolf.

13.10 Advertising, conducting public surveys, counting, collecting or offering goods and services is only permitted with the written permission of the management of Camping De Kleine Wolf.

13.11 Promoting (religious) beliefs, political statements or holding demonstrations is not permitted, unless written permission has been obtained from the management of Camping De Kleine Wolf.

13.12 Barbecuing is permitted on camping pitches and at rental accommodations, except at extreme weather conditions (storm or drought). Please ensure safety and keep fire extinguishers such as sand or water to hand.

13.13 Within Camping De Kleine Wolf it is prohibited:

  • Smoking and vaping in accommodations, indoor facilities, playgrounds and near swimming pools;
  • Making open fires;
  • To enter closed facilities;
  • Possessing weapons or other dangerous objects. These will be confiscated if necessary;
  • Using, possessing or trading narcotics (soft and hard drugs).

13.14 Alcohol consumption is subject to legal regulations. Passing alcohol to minors is prohibited.

13.15 Violations or misconduct such as violence, destruction, assault, alcohol abuse or drug use will result in immediate removal from the park.

13.16 Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.

13.17 Criminal offences will always be reported to the police.

13.18 In case of emergency call 112 immediately and inform the reception.

14. Liability

14.1 Camping De Kleine Wolf is not liable for an accident, theft or damage on its premises, unless this is the result of a shortcoming attributable to Camping De Kleine Wolf.

14.2 Camping De Kleine Wolf is not liable for the consequences of extreme weather conditions or other forms of force majeure.

14.3 The holiday maker is liable vis-à-vis Camping De Kleine Wolf for damage caused by the acts or omissions of himself, the co-creant(s) and/or third party/parties.

14.4 After notification by guests of nuisance caused by other guests, Camping De Kleine Wolf undertakes to take appropriate measures.

15. General Terms and Conditions

15.1 By entering Camping De Kleine Wolf, you agree to these regulations.

15.2 For situations not covered by these regulations, the park can set additional rules.

15.3 Camping De Kleine Wolf is free to make changes to the park regulations at any time.
